The Sun Health Board is a committed team of community leaders and citizens who volunteer their time to ensure superior healthcare is a reality for all who live in the Northwest Valley.
What is a Board of Directors? A group of individuals that are appointed as representatives of the stockholders to establish corporate management related policies and senior leadership hires. They also make financial decisions and determine a course of action on major company issues.
Currently, we have two separate boards: (1) the Sun Health Services and (2) the Sun Health Foundation Board of Trustees.
