Gina Ore
Chief Philanthropy Officer
Gina leads a team that propels a culture of philanthropy and a spirit of giving in support of Sun Health Foundation’s mission to ensure superior health care and wellness for the West Valley. For more than 25 years, her career has focused on taking grassroots, start-ups, and established nonprofit foundations to the next level of success. Through relationship engagement and successful fundraising, she has become highly respected for her work with organizations to enhance the quality of life for individuals and communities, developing deep connections with medical professionals, generous donors, and dedicated volunteers who have supported healthcare, human services, and medical research.
Previously, Gina worked for Sun Health Foundation for more than 16 years. After a brief hiatus, she’s returned to where she says she belongs, the nonprofit foundation that stewarded community support to build Banner Boswell and Banner Del E. Webb medical centers more than 50 years ago. Gina holds a master’s in Innovative Leadership and a bachelor’s in psychology/sociology and music. Her community involvement includes GroYourBiz Board, Women Business Leaders in Health Care, Arizona Women in Healthcare, Association of Healthcare Philanthropy, and Hon Kachina Council. She has also served in leadership roles in the Rotary Club of Sun City West, the West Valley Symphony, Art Museum of the West Valley, and the Sun Cities Area Ministerial Association.
