Jennifer Drago

As Chief Strategy Officer, Jennifer Drago oversees the organization’s strategic and annual planning processes, new business opportunities, partnerships and development of new programs. She has played a pivotal role in developing and launching Sun Health’s groundbreaking community health programs and leads the Sun Health Wellness division. Several of these initiatives have received national recognition for quality and innovation.
Jennifer has worked in health care for more than 25 years. She served as Vice President of planning services for the former Sun Health hospital system, and also as Associate Administrator for Boswell Memorial and Del E. Webb Memorial hospitals. She has been with Sun Health in progressive leadership roles since 1996.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance as well as an MBA and a Master’s in Health Services Administration, all from Arizona State University. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Jennifer volunteers for several service organizations including Northwest Valley Connect, a nonprofit agency working to improve transportation for seniors, an organization that she helped found in 2014.
