Below you will find the policies and procedures for Sun Health. Sun Health believes it is critical to advise our employees of important policies, rules, procedures, and benefits that are designed to benefit and assist employees while reinforcing and fostering Sun Health’s goals and objectives. These policies and procedures do not create a contract or override an employee’s nature as an at-will employee. Rather, the policies are meant to encourage consistent treatment of all employees in personnel matters as well as memorialize our commitment to comply with all federal, state, and local laws affecting the employment relationship, including those related to equal employment opportunity. This list is not comprehensive and in addition to the Employee Handbook, your community or department may have additional policies and procedures specific to the needs of the employees or residents.
