The Colonnade

The Colonnade Life Care community offers unique and well-appointed casitas, town homes and villa residences, available in 12 floor plans, ranging from 1,040 to over 2,200 square feet, all located within the heart of Sun City Grand – an active adult community in Surprise, AZ.

The Colonnade’s amenities are unsurpassed with features that include state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an indoor pool, art and entertainment venues, award-winning dining options and inviting common areas that boast soaring ceilings, outdoor patios, fireplaces and conversation areas perfect for gathering with friends.
