It’s Open Enrollment time! ALL eligible team members are required to enroll or waive benefits by logging into Kronos Workforce Ready (you will need to reset your password this year). Please review your beneficiary, emergency and contact information to ensure accuracy.
If you need assistance, please reach out to your HR representative to get signed up for a 30-minute session to review, answer questions and submit your open enrollment benefits. Please review the dates and times for Open Enrollment Labs at each location listed below. Be sure to bring your Kronos username and password.
Open Enrollment Highlights & Changes
- Sun Health will continue to offer three medical plans (HDHP, Base & Buy-Up Medical Plan) & same high level quality of coverage as no plan design changes will occur this next benefit year.
REMINDER- team member contributions are deducted from 24 out of 26 pay periods.
Medical & Dental rates have increased 3%. Please see the chart below for updated rates.
*Please note: the correct deduction amount for the Team Member + Family Medical Buy-Up Plan is $486.31 per paycheck found on page 6 of the Benefit Guide.
